Jay B. Ziskrout, Founder & CEO.
Prior to founding Dympol, Jay served as COO of music industry publisher, event producer and brand marketer, The CMJ Network, launched (Netherlands based) Epitaph Records Europe as Managing Director, and was Vice President of Album Promotion for Arista Records/BMG. In 1999, he founded LatinoVision.com, one of the first sites to sell digital music. As a musician, Jay was the founding drummer of such bands as Bad Religion and Electric Peace. He is also a general aviation pilot and holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
Tammo Mueller, Technical Co-Founder.
Tammo is an entrepreneurial software engineer with extensive experience managing the development lifecycle of large-scale information systems. Most recently, as CTO of IKaru USA, he shepherded numerous start-up clients through the software development process. Previously, he co-founded IKEWIKI and established its software development HQ in India. At Siemens Healthcare, he managed collaborations in personalized medicine with leading international healthcare providers. Tammo is nearing completion of his M.S. in Computer Science from University of Muenster.
Zak El Houda, Sr. Software Engineer.
Zak is a versatile Software Engineer with numerous technical leadership experiences in the healthcare, entertainment and E-learning industries. At Electronic Arts and Ikaru USA he tackled large dataset management challenges. He co-founded e-learning platform Ikewiki, and worked on FDA regulated medical software at Siemens Corporate Research. Zak holds a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal and a Software Architecture Professional certificate from Carneggie Mellon’s SEI.
Arjun Nair, Sr. Director, Operations.
Arjun is an experienced technology professional having worked in operations and engineering at Amazon, Siemens and Intel. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MS from Duke University. He received the prestigious Legatum Fellowship for Development & Entrepreneurship and worked on bringing to market startup ideas in the US, Chile and India.
Evan Numeroff, Sr. Director, UX Design.
Evan is a conversion design expert who has spent the majority of his career in the performance marketing field. Having served as Creative Director for both Silvercarot and Mediatrust, he possesses in-depth knowledge of creating digital design concepts and executing them. He has consulted for SAP, Neo@Ogilvy and The National CMT Resource Center as their user interface specialist.

Jeff Patterson
